These terms set the general conditions for using the NodevexAI Tech website and requesting our digital services. A signed proposal or project agreement can contain additional or different terms.

1. Website information
Information on this website is general and may change as our services, packages and technology evolve. A project only becomes confirmed when scope, pricing, timing and payment terms are agreed in writing.
2. Quotes and project scope
Quotes are based on the information available when they are prepared. Features, integrations, content, revisions or requirements outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote, timeline or change request.
3. Payments
Project payment stages, deposits, subscriptions and due dates will be stated in the relevant proposal, invoice or written agreement. Work may be paused where an agreed payment is overdue.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, approvals, content, credentials and any licences or permissions required for materials supplied to us.
5. Intellectual property
Ownership of final custom deliverables will follow the written project agreement and is generally transferred only after applicable project fees are paid. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, reusable components, third-party software and licensed materials remain subject to their existing ownership or licence terms.
6. Third-party services
Projects may depend on hosting providers, app stores, payment gateways, APIs, plugins, advertising platforms or other third-party services. Their availability, pricing, policies and performance are outside our direct control.
7. Timelines and changes
We aim to meet agreed milestones, but delivery dates can change where requirements change, approvals are delayed, third-party services are unavailable or events outside reasonable control affect delivery.
8. Support and maintenance
Post-launch support, maintenance, backups, security monitoring, content updates and ongoing optimisation are included only where stated in the agreed package or support arrangement.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use our website or services to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malicious software, abuse systems, misrepresent identity or intentionally harm another person or organisation.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided according to the agreed scope and we do not guarantee a particular level of revenue, ranking, traffic, conversion, app-store approval or third-party platform outcome. Any specific warranties or liability terms in a signed project agreement take priority over these website terms.
11. Governing law
Unless a different written agreement applies, these website terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in Bangladesh.
12. Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date shown below, except where a separate signed agreement governs a project.
